Light House Post (hereafter referred to as LHP) and Agent herby enter into a business agreement.
Agent will pay for all services requested according to the rates defined in application
In the event of a damaged or lost post or related material, reimburse LHP for the fee of $45.00.
LHP will install and remove sign posts and related material after receiving requests within 48 hours (2 days) after order has been received. Every attempt will be made to provide same day or next day service.
LHP will provide on a lease basis, a sign posts described, provided installation is ordered through LHP.
LHP will provide on a lease basis, information boxes, info tubes, security lights and riders as ordered through LHP,
LHP will follow all instructions of Agent as to placement of sign post, in consideration of safety and city ordinances. Placement will be done in front of unit unless instructions are given otherwise. Any relocation requests by Agent will be charged accordingly.
Repair as a result of our installation, any damage to pipes and sprinklers. LHP will not be responsible to pay for any damage if not given notice and opportunity to inspect any claimed damage. LHP will use their own professionals to repair damage to customer satisfaction.
LHP will take responsibility for any lost or damaged signs owned by Agent while in our storage. However LHP will not be responsible for any lost or damaged Agent signs or riders after installation.
LHP require that the Agent due to safety issues must not remove posts/stakes or any related materials. Only LHP employees are authorized to remove our equipment.
